Our honey is Untreated, Unfiltered, RAW, & unheated. Incredible quality! Now sold in glass jars instead of plastic! Why the change? Glass jars don't allow the honey to crystalize as fast. Crystallization is actually a really good sign that you've got genuine raw honey.

Honey containing high fructose corn syrup or sugar; or highly purified doesn't typically crystalize! If your honey ever does, simply rewarm it by placing it in a bath of hot water in the sink or on the stove for a little while!
