These eggs are from a breed of chicken called "Ameraucana" which lay blue and green eggs, but unlike most brown egg layers, instead of laying nearly every single day, they only lay every few days. Their yolks are known for being very rich and dark yellow or even orange.

UNWASHED but Brushed (most of any debris is brushed off).

We recommend keeping these eggs refrigerated, but can stay out on the counter for several days. When washing, use warm water and no soap. After washing, eggs must be either used or refrigerated. If kept refrigerated, these eggs will stay fresh for 3–6 months!
